    Details:



    • Manages the client relations management tool for adequate Group business insight

    • Maintain organized calendar to show the scheduled activities of the Executive Management team

    • Ensure that all meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers are well scheduled, planned, well-coordinated and well documented

    • Resolves customer issues and complaints through in and out-bound telephone calls

    • Address all customer issues and complaints

    • Transfers calls to relevant staff or departments

    • Ensures adequate reception and welcome of customers and guests

    • Greet customers with friendly smile, offer assistance and be helpful in a positive manner

    • Processes visitor check-in and checkout information

    • Interact with guests checking in/ out, phones, guest & staff demands and issues whilst determining which has priority over the other

    • Files guest records
