Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Promote and market the business to new and niche markets.


• Sell travel products and tour packages.


• Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.


• Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity.


• Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.

Job Title: Manager/Operation Head

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Promote and market the business to new and niche markets.


• Sell travel products and tour packages


• Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.


• Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity


• Take part in familiarisation visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.


• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.


• Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.


• Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business


• Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business.


• Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability.

 

Job Title: Reservations and Ticketing Officer

Locations: Lagos & Abuja

Job Descriptions

• Make Reservations/Bookings for Customers.


• Plan Route and Computer Ticket Cost, using Schedules, Rate Books, and Computer.


• Make Ticket Booking, Quote Fare, and send directly to Customers or as directed.


• Arrange Reservations and Routing for Passengers at Request or as directed.


• Inform Clients of Essential Travel Information, such as Travel Times, Transportation Connections, and Medical and Visa Requirements.


• Provide Customers with Travel Suggestions and Information Sources, such as Guides, Directories, Brochures, and Maps


• Determines whether space is available on Travel Dates requested by Customer


• Educate and Enlighten Customer on the New and Existing Products of the Company.


• Offer Advice and Suggestions to Customers on Local and International Tourist Attractions and Events at Chosen Locations.


• Calculate Fares accurately with Zero Error Rates on Ticket Bookings.


• Follow up on Enquiries and Convert it to Sales.


• Keep Informed of Business Changes that affect the Ticketing Area.


• Sell travel products and tour packages.

Job Requirements

• Must be experienced in Ticketing with relevant proficiency in the field.


• Candidate should possess relevant qualification
