Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsManage large amounts of incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersD
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- egree in any related field with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
